Ariel Original All-in-1 PODS® washing capsules have everything you need for clean, bright and fresh-smelling clothes in a tiny, but powerful capsule. Pod away serious sweat stains, dirt and stubborn food particles even in a cold wash thanks to the unique COOL CLEAN Technology™. This technology has been designed by scientists to provide brilliant stain removal even in challenging washing environments, like cold water, meaning you can get an outstanding cleaning performance whilst saving energy.

Ariel All-in-1 PODS® come with a smart, multi-compartment design that keeps ingredients separate until they reach the water. Upon contact, the water-soluble film dissolves to release powerful stain-removing technologies, offering our deepest and strongest All-in-1 PODS® Original clean ever.

Ariel Original All-in-1 PODS® are made with water-soluble film that rapidly dissolves upon contact with water, and does not contribute to plastic or microplastic pollution, as per EU Synthetic Polymeric Microparticles Regulation.

Additionally, Ariel PODS® can help reduce plastic thanks to their recyclable SECURECLIC® cardboard box. They’re also designed to preserve your PODS®, so they can be powerful for longer.

Environmental Impact of Ariel FAQs

The Ariel PODs® film is made with a water-soluble film, which is made using Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVOH or PVA) – a well-known and safe material used for over 20 years in a range of everyday items. It is also approved for usage in food, medicine, cosmetics and lots of household products.

The Ariel PODs® film completely dissolves when used, is safe for the environment and does not contribute to microplastic pollution, as per the EU Synthetic Polymeric Microparticles Regulation. Smart technology is used to ensure the film remains strong when dry (helping you safely store the detergent until your next wash) but rapidly dissolves during your wash.
The water-soluble films used in single-dose detergents completely dissolve upon contact with water, do not contribute to microplastic pollution, as per EU Synthetic Polymeric Microparticles Regulation and are designed to be safe for the environment.

How to use?

Wash the clothes in any temperature and any machine

How to dose

The PODS® washing capsules have to be put in the drum towards the back first before putting the load on top.

for soft to medium water, light to medium soiled loads, is one PODS® washing capsule per wash
for hard water and difficult/heavy soil load, we recommend using 2 PODS® per wash

To prevent the PODS® washing capsules from dissolving before use, you should always close the tub and handle with dry hands.

Do not press, peel or bite the pod.
Not recommended for handwashing.
No pre-wash.
Not recommended for delicate and wool cycles.
Flame Resistant Finishes: never soak or wash above 50°.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Risk of serious damage to eyes.
Irritating to skin. Avoid contact with skin and eyes: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear eye/face protection.
